Excellent experience in swimming, & – fitness. Experience as an athlete – synchronized swimmer (national team level), has taught me that success comes only with diligence and performance.

Dynamic, with over 23 years of experience, in synchronized swimming, personal training, Pilates, preparation of various sports and small group training area.

I set a high value on the fact that we should always have fun and joy in whatever we do despite load and pressure.

The goals of my clients/athletes are of course also mine.
